This is how to get your brand noticed in “advert-saturated” Tokyo. This Tokyo PR agency is using women’s thighs to place adverts. To be considered, the participants must be 18-years and older. And if you do become a walking billboard the women are advised to wear short skirts and thigh high socks in order to attract attention to the advert.
Over 3,000 women have registered to have their thighs used as advertising space.
