Madonna’s music and concerts will be discussed by priests trained in the art of “defeating demons, treating satanic possession and looking for the devil” at a conference that is aimed at finding evil in today’s pop culture.
Organiser of the secretive conference and exorcist Father Andrzej Grefkowic said:
Part of the conference is dedicated to the hidden subliminal message in communication, and the choice of this subject was inspired by the woman who dares to call herself Madonna. We’ve been worried about her concerts.
Madonna may have a trusty following in Poland but conservatives protest about her concerts as the majority of the country adhere to the Christian faith. The pop star has also had to fight to not have her concerts banned, where some call them “anti-religious” and suggest the singer “promotes a deviant lifestyle”.
Father Grefkowic also issued a warning stating that tattoos, body piercings, horoscopes and magic shows are all ways that Satan can grab a hold of your life.
The five day exorcism conference held at the Jasna Gora monastery in Poland is expected to see 300 exorcists and specialists in attendance.
