Fatma Idem’s break-up with her husband did not play host to typical revenge like the chili willy or the classic “this is me throwing your clothes out my window” escapade.

34-year-old Fatma decided the punishment to get even with her spouse should be a roof raiser. And that’s exactly what it was. The scorned woman got her brother to help her literally bring down the couples marital house. From the kitchen sink to the roof, all husband Sahin could return to was a shambles.

The Turkish housewife waited until her husband had gone to work, then began the “reconstruction.” According to The Daily Mail, Sahin rushed back from work after neighbours filled him in on his wife’s actions. When he arrived he could not do anything as Fatma proved she paid for the windows and roof.

Sahin’s two sons now reside in a temporary care facility, until he can furnish a new home.
