Yes, Canadian singer Justin Bieber is in the news for his behaviour once again. This time a law suit was been filed against him on Wednesday relating to an incodent that occured last year. Paparazzo Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran alleges that Bieber kicked and punched Duran while out at a Southern California shopping centre.

According to Duran, Bieber and his former girlfriend were leaving the shopping centre when Justin stopped the car, got out and made a run for Duran. And that is where Bieber allegedly delivered a kick to Duran’s stomach and a punch to the face.

Duran is seeking “unspecified damages for severe and extreme emotional distress” as well as negligence. No comment has been provided from Bieber’s camp.
