The infamous Italian fashion designer was caught being showered by hot stuff girlfriend Lina Nilson on a sailing trip in Sardinia.
There is nothing sexy about these images, nor is this is a form of charity work on Nilson’s behalf. The 20-something-year-old looker is willingly helping 72-year-old Cavalli wash off after a long day in the sun on his super-yacht.
