To get people in the mood for Creative Day on 11 June, Adobe came up with an entertaining prank.
While people were waiting at the bus stop in Stockholm, a photographer and editor were hiding in a mini van across the road. While the “victims” weren’t looking, a photo would be snapped of them and then the editing process began.
Erik Johansson, a retouch artist, would then manipulate the images and shop them with weird and wonderful backdrops. These edited pictures would then show up within seconds, sometimes of the person and the person next to the person, all via a digital advertising screen.
The video has only been on the Internet for three days, but has already got over 11 million views.
