If being able to talk to your smartphone wasn’t enough, you can now use it as a house remote.
On Tuesday, Benki launched their Kickstarter campaign – the platform for “creative endeavors.” Using Kickstarter, Benki wants to raise money for future tech endeavors.
So far they have come up with three amazing devices. A Socket (smart outlet), battery powered camera and an open-and-close sensor. Benki is aimed at having all your devices combined into an interface that will save us time and energy throughout the day.
The socket smart outlet is a plug attachment that can turn off the devices that are inserted into it off -via your phone app.
The battery powered camera can be placed around your house and serves the same purpose as a security camera, but now you can watch what is going on via your phone.
The third feature is an open-and-close sensor and is brilliant for safety precautions. If you leave a window or door open, you can be notified via the app.
