Science and technology are meeting up to create and study Artificial Intelligence (AI). Yes, Google and NASA are joining forces for AI. AI is a branch of computer science that is involved with making a computer behave like a human. The Quantum Computer is the super kid of super computers. A problem is solved faster on the Quantum Computer than some super computers.
And with the help and information from Google, the prefect AI system could be built. The computer would be able to make decisions based on the data that the computer is provided with. If for example, data from a Global Positioning System provided all the vehicles that are used in a particular city, the computer would be able to provide information stating when a particular route will be gridlocked or provide an alternative route that has a clear road.
Google and NASA in conjunction with the University of Space Research Association are working to develop this super smart computer. One day it could be used by us but through a lower configuration computer like our cellphones. This super computer could also mean that high configuration computers would be replaced by a simple licence to use cloud quantum computers.
