The shallow dating site BeautifulPeople.com has been causing a bit of controversy. And what do you expect when the only people who are allowed to stay on the site long enough to see what it has to offer, have to be voted attractive.
As of Monday, the site reportedly told Mashable that they are going to add a recruitment feature for employers looking for “good-looking staff.” Now companies will be able to look through some 750,000 business profiles of website members for someone “who looks the part.” The “attractive” members can also search through job listings and apply to the company.
Greg Hodge, managing director of BeautifulPeople.com:
An honest employer will tell you that it pays to hire good-looking staff. Attractive people tend to make a better first impression on clients, win more business and earn more.
Although this is a site with photos of only “really really good-looking” people on it, Hodge states that it isn’t a place for the creeps to come out and gawk: “This isn’t an invitation for crackpots to come and ogle our beautiful members.” Good luck stopping that Hodge, we sense some cat-fishing is in your midst.
