Thank you video gods for giving us the best five minute routine we could ask for on a Friday.
First there was the Jazzercise and now we have the utmost honour of introducing, the ridiculously awesome Prancercise. Joanna Rohrback’s exercise routine, which involves someone running down a promenade or path way like they are in the finale celebration of a Grease sequel has taken the viral video world by storm.
But it is not Rohrbacks teeth that make this clip an absolute sensation, nor is it her inappropriate pants choice, she is for real and that’s what hits the humour button harder than ever before. If you have any reservations about the sincerity of the promotional video click here to see the Prancercise website, where you can order Rohrback’s book titled “Prancercise, The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence.”
Unfortunately the comment section on the video has been taken down (probably for a good reason), but feel free to get those quips flying below.
