WATCH: Sir Alex Ferguson Says Goodbye To Old Trafford With Great On-Field Speech [VIDEO]

Manchester United's win over Swansea on Sunday sweetened Sir Alex Ferguson's departure, and after the match, Ferguson walked onto the field at Old Trafford to address the crowd and thank them, the club and the players for the memories he made while managing the club.

Last week Ferguson announced he would be stepping down as Manchester United manager. The 71-year-old Scott spent 9,685 days as Manchester United’s manager. He leaves behind a sterling legacy garnered over 26 years, having won 38 trophies, 13 league titles, two Champions League crowns, five FA Cups and four League Cups.

Sunday saw Manchester United Club send Ferguson off with a 2-1 win over Swansea City. But before he ended his Man United managerial career, he had a few choice words for his club.

Thank you to Manchester United not just the directors, players, coaching staff, supporters, it’s all of you. It has been the most fantastic experience of my life. Thank you.
