News Station Interviews The Man Hijacked By The Boston Bombers [VIDEO]

A Chinese immigrant has come forward in an interview with CBS' John Miller to talk the moment when the Boston bombers hijacked him while he was parked on the side of the road sending a text message. To this day he fears for his life, and opted not to reveal his identity.

The Boston Marathon bombings shook the world on Monday 15th April 2013, and since then, the full picture of the terrible event and subsequent manhunt for the suspects has been emerging. The latest news has been given by a Chinese immigrant, Danny*. The man reports that the bombers hijacked him while he had parked his car to send a text message.

Danny recalls the night on which Tamerlan Tsarneav was shot and killed, and Dzhokhar Tsarneav was apprehended with grave injuries after shooting a Cambridge police officer, and hijacking his vehicle.

Lucky for Danny, he was able to escape his vehicle following the hijacking by the Tsarneav brothers, and tipped police off immediately. Prior to his escape, Tamerlan Tsarnaev asked Danny if he had heard about the Boston Marathon bombings and the police man who had been shot in Cambridge, saying to Danny that he (Tamerlan) had done that.

CBS News journalist,  John Miller interviewed Danny.

*The gentleman’s identity has been hidden as he fears for his safety.
