A New York real estate company has offered their employees a 15% pay raise if they have the company logo tattoed on their body. There are no restrictions, you can have it anywhere on your body and it can be any size.
Company owner, Anthony Lolli got the idea after an employee had the logo tattoed as a random act of loyalty.
To date, 40 employees have been inked as a mark of their loyalty.
You know, just like in a gang.
