With Virgin America’s new seat-to-seat ordering service, you won’t have to leave anything to chance should your Hot Radar spot Mr or Ms Right in the departure lounge. All you have to do is stalk them in a non creepy way, until you figure out which seat they’re in, at which point you send them a drink via the inflight bar service. Don Draper approves.
First, pinpoint your crush on the headset monitor with Virgin’s digital seat map, then browse the menu and decide what to send to that person. Passengers can use the “Red” in-flight entertainment system to send a drink, meal or snack to their Tall Drink Of Water.
If the meal, snack or drink is well received, you could even send a follow up text directly to the passenger.
The seat-to-seat delivery option was launched this week to mark the Los Angeles to Las Vegas service. Seat-to-seat will be available on all Virgin US flights.
