WATCH: How Astronauts Sleep In Space [VIDEO]

We all love that feeling of getting into fluffy jammies and cuddling up, horizontally, into our feather down beds. But do astronauts have the same luxury? Think again!

This video, presented by International Space Station Commander Chris Hadfield shows us how he sleeps while on mission in the ISS – at zero gravity.

Just like everyone else, Hadfield changes into what he calls “his space jammies” and gets into his own sleeping pod. The sleeping pod contains a sleeping bag with some very nifty arm holes so it stays on for the duration of the sleep, and it’s connected to the wall. Hadfield explains how there is no need for a pillow or a mattress because you are floating, which does look quiet relaxing, but I don’t know if I’m convinced.
