The Jet Pack. The x-ray glasses. The The time machine. Much has been promised, but little has been delivered.
The key problem in the area of time travel has been overcoming the problem of transporting one’s physical body into the future. It was reported today that an Iranian scientist who goes by the name of Ali Razeghi has solved that problem by “bringing the future” to us, and not the other way round. Genius. Can’t wait for you to explain yourself, Ali.
Apparently, Ali has invented time travel (his words, not ours), and claims a “98% accuracy”. According to the Telegraph, “The Aryayek Time Traveling Machine” was registered with the state-run Centre for Strategic Inventions.
The device uses algorithms to predict the future up to eight years in advance, prints the results out.
My invention easily fits into the size of a personal computer case and can predict details of the next 5-8 years of the life of its users. It will not take you into the future, it will bring the future to you.
Hmmm. Spicy. You mean I don’t actually get to travel to the future?
Razeghi says that he has “been working on this project for the last 10 years”.
This is Ali on the applications of his invention.
Naturally a government that can see five years into the future would be able to prepare itself for challenges that might destabilise it,As such we expect to market this invention among states as well as individuals once we reach a mass production stage.
This project is not against our religious values at all. The Americans are trying to make this invention by spending millions of dollars on it where I have already achieved it by a fraction of the cost. The reason that we are not launching our prototype at this stage is that the Chinese will steal the idea and produce it in millions overnight
Seriously, call us when you have an actual time machine.
