Roger Shepard, a hiker from New Zealand has captured the one thing that still ties North and South Korea together, the Baekdu Daegan mountain range.
Shepard’s company, Hike Korea hopes to take other people through the beautiful mountain range on the North Korean side. Shepard manages to operate in this sensitive area by remaining strictly apolitical.
“I was there to take photos of the mountains and that’s what I did.”
