2oceansvibe has received reports of a possible jumper at Mandela Rhodes Place, Cape Town. Wale Street has been closed, as a result.
Traffic is closed on Wale street and when we contacted Desmond O’Connor, the General Manager of Mandela Rhodes, he put down the phone and refused to comment.
