2oceansvibe has received reports of a possible jumper at Mandela Rhodes Place, Cape Town. Wale Street has been closed, as a result.
Traffic is closed on Wale street and when we contacted Desmond O’Connor, the General Manager of Mandela Rhodes, he put down the phone and refused to comment.

It looks like it’s all over, and Wale Street is getting back to normal again.

Mandela Rhodes Place’s Twitter account stated that police had managed to talk the individual out of jumping, and they had been subdued.
