The construction of the World Trade Center’s first tower is almost complete, and to build excitement, the New York Port Authority has offered a glimpse of the Big Apple from the 100th floor of the observation deck. And they are incredible, but that’s probably to be expected from the tallest building in the Western hemisphere, which is set to open in 2015.
