We have just been asked what course of action we wish to take, following the following Take Down Notice. Our response was that our lawyers had told us under no circumstance to take it down. Click to read the Take Down Notice.
Here is the article we wrote TODAY, after receiving a letter from her lawyer.
Then below is the Take Down notice.

Problem Activity:
The article is based on false information, due to poor research, and is highly defamatory, and therefore damaging to my personal reputation and to that of my business Whale Cottage Portfolio cc.
Describe Problem:
The content is illegal in that it is false, infringing on my business rights, and the reputation of myself and my business. The accuracy of the content was not checked with me before it was published.
Remedial Action:
Take down the blogpost/article
The above information is to my knowledge true and correct and has been provided in good faith.
Again, we find this all quite flabberghasting. Regarding any personal ‘reputation,’ this is the same person who has spoof Twitter accounts and websites dedicated to punishing her (here, here, here and here). There is even a petition against her (here).
Click here for our article earlier today, in response to the lawyer’s letter. It also references her apparent 78% fake Twitter followers.
2oceansvibe hereby challenges Chris Von Ulmenstein to a Naked Charity Run down the Camps Bay strip. The winner can keep the ‘offensive’ content on their website and the loser must donate R5,000 to the Amy Biehl foundation.
