Take that, Vaal river!
The Limassol Marina is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. Well, yet. It’s still in the construction phase.
This megamarina is being constructed on the Mediterranean island’s southwest tip and is “an exclusive waterfront development designed by a world-renowned team of architects and engineers.”
The project is still in the under construction, hence the artist rendition graphics. According to the Marina’s website, 90% of the marine works were completed in January. Half of the residential development has been completed.
According to developer propaganda, the marina will:
combine elegant residences and a state-of-the-art marina with exclusive restaurants and shops, to create a lifestyle uniquely shaped by ‘living on the sea’.
Want to get involved at the Limassol Marina? Well it doesn’t come cheap, and the Russian and Chinese translations of the website suggest there is a specific clientele the developers are looking for. Namely, billionaires.
If you’re willing to put down anything between €370 000 to €2 090,000 for a apartment or €1 650,000 to €6 400,000 for a villa then join in.
