In news that has taken an astonishingly long time to be picked up by anyone, a dead tiger cub has been found dead in a Benoni drive way.

Benoni resident, Chantal Kingsmill came home on Saturday night to find the 10-week old cub lying dead in her drive way. The animal didn’t appear to have any puncture wounds on its body typically associated with an animal attack of any kind.

SPCA spokesperson, Isabel Wentzel said that the animal’s spine had been snapped “by some kind of blow”, and postulated that the cub had been “kicked or hit with something”.

Benoni, man.
