Since the United States is about to ignite a nuclear war, we will be exercising our right to preemptive nuclear attack against the headquarters of the aggressor in order to protect our supreme interest.
On 12 February 2013, North Korea conducted its third nuclear test despite United Nations Resolutions, and declared it had succeeded in forming a “functioning atomic arsenal.”
Due to high tensions, the United Nations decided to expand the sanctions on North Korea with a unanimous vote. China and the United States, after three weeks of negotiations, decided upon the new sanctions, despite China’s history of reluctance to enforce tough measures of its alley and neighbour.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice said:
These sanctions will bite and bite hard.
The resolutions ensure that no North Korean elite can import luxury items – racing cars, yachts, luxury automobiles and some jewelry. The export of luxury goods has been prohibited since 2006.
The new measures should have a real impact on North Korea’s movement of money and constrain access to equipment for its nuclear and missile programs. Now, we may yet see another launch or a bomb test, but over the medium term this resolution will degrade DPRK (Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea) capabilities to grow its program.
