Former drag queen and famed Chicago Bulls basketball player, Dennis “Worm” Rodman is in North Korea with the Harlem Globe Trotters, ostensibly at the invitation of one Kim Jong Un, AKA The Dear Leader.
Kim has been a fan of Rodman and the Bulls since his childhood, when his father’s enthusiasm for the game rubbed off on him.

I’m not a politician. Kim Jung Un & North Korean people are basketball fans. I love everyone. Period. End of story. #WORMinNorthKorea

Apparently Kim Jong Un loves D-Rod, too. These photos were snapped by a Vice documentary crew following Rodman’s journey through North Korea at an exhibition game in DPRK’s capital, Pyongyang
After the game, Dennis and the Vice crew headed back to Kim’s palace, and got razzled together. Honestly.
This is a tweet from a Vice producer.
Um… so Kim Jong Un just got the #VICEonHBO crew wasted… no really, that happened.

Rodman’s visit to North Korea would have ruffled a few feathers in the South – a strong regional ally of the United States – and mistakenly labelling South Korean pop culture hero, Psy a citizen of the North wouldn’t have helped. Although, that does go down as a Twitter golden nugget.
@dennisrodman I’m from #SOUTH man!!! kk
