Saturday 2 March marks the 10th annual Shavathon. The Shavathon was created to allow the public to show support and solidarity with cancer survivors, or anyone treated for dread disease.
The Shavathon inspires people to shave, spray or even gel their hair after making a small donation to support the Cancer Association of South Africa All you have to do is go to nearest shopping mall and make your donation of R50 or more for adults, or R25 for children under 12.
If you want to donate your ponytail or volunteer at one of the Shavathon shopping mall, all the details you need to know can be found HERE.
Show you care, by visiting the square in Melrose Arch on either the 1 or 2 March between 10h00 and 16h00.
