Passenger Films Bizarrely Calm Emergency Landing On Smartphone [VIDEO]

Johnathon Fielding captured his plane’s emergency landing on his smartphone camera, while flying over Utah. Fielding, his wife, baby and mother-in-law were passengers aboard the propeller plane when the captain on board announced they would have to make an emergency landing in the icy fields below due to the plane’s carburetor being iced up.

Watch how Fielding captures the ground below looking for a place to land. Even the landing was calm, apart from the point at which the plane flips over on impact. Which is fair enough.

Everyone in the plane survived the crash.
