Hot damn, now this is what we call mutually gratifying.

Filmmaker Martin Scorsese will direct and produce an authorized HBO documentary on former US President and cigar connoisseur, Bill Clinton.

Clinton (heretofore referred to as “Bubba”) has agreed to fully cooperate with Scorsese on the production — though studio execs aren’t saying whether the doccie will include details of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, when it will air, or what it will be called.

According to HBO, the film will explore Clinton’s “perspectives on history, politics, culture and the world”.

“I am pleased that legendary director Martin Scorsese and HBO have agreed to do this film,” Bubba said on Monday.
