1. Wear sunscreen!
Sunday’s shaping up to a pearler of a day so make sure you bring along some sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
2. Arrive early.
Crafts will be flying from 11am – 5pm and viewing space is limited so get down early for a good spot. If you can’t find a good viewing spot, screens will also be set up at the Amphitheatre and Clock Tower.
3. Be clued up.
We’ve got a number of activations happening around the V&A Waterfront from photo booths to audience voting. Keep an eye on www.redbullflugtag.co.za to make sure you’re in the know.
4. Pick a team (or 5) to support.

6. Come one, come all.
Red Bull Flugtag is a free event, so no need to secure yourself a ticket.
7. Expect surprises!
We have some awesome surprises planned for the day so make sure you keep an ear to the ground or follow @RedBullZA for announcements throughout the day.
8. Goldfish in the house
Goldfish will be ending off the day by performing from a secret location so be sure to stick around after the event.
9. Get up close and personal
Our 40 odd Flugtag teams have been toiling away for the last 2 months on their one-of-a-kind flying machines. Get up close and personal with the epic crafts by visiting their hangars on Jetty 6.
10. No swimming allowed!
Only our crazy pilots are allowed to jump into the wavy harbour water so make sure you stay on dry land. Unfortunately no pets will be allowed into the venue (especially pet sharks).
