The members of the Westboro Baptist Church are some of the worst people you’ll ever encounter. Considered one of the most homophobic and anti-Semitic hate groups in the world, they are known for picketing at the funerals of soldiers – holding up posters with vitriolic phrases such as “God hates fags” and “Thank God for dead soldiers”.
Two church members were interviewed by British comedian Russell Brand on the latest episode of his talk show, Brand X. One of the two, Steve Drain, gifted Brand with a custom-made poster that read, “Fag Pimp Brand”. Keep a special lookout for Drain’s charming t-shirt that reads PriestsRapeBoys.com. Apart from Brand himself, Drain told the comedian that Madonna, Gandhi and “definitely” Tom Hanks will all burn hell.
The very entertaining exchange between Brand and his guests can be seen below.
