UPDATE: Witten has been suspended by e.tv over the incident. E.tv released the following statement via its Twitter account.
Lance Witten, a sports presenter for both e.tv and eNCA, has apologised for an insensitive tweet following the death of a Linkin Park fan in Cape Town last night. Twenty other concertgoers were also injured when a massive advertising tower was blown over at Cape Town stadium.
