The wait is almost over for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Peter Jackson’s prequel to Lord of the Rings. The film is due for worldwide release in December.
The Hobbit’s cast recently got together to star in this flight safety video for Air New Zealand. It’s called An Unexpected Briefing, and sees sees hobbits, dwarves and wizards take flight on Elven Air New Zealand. The crew (also played by actors from the film) instruct passengers on in-flight safety for their journey to Middle-Earth.
Keep an eye out for Peter Jackson around the 1:40 mark – playing Gollum of all characters!
This is not the first time Air New Zealand has made such a funny film. Last year Richard Simmons also appeared in their Fit to Fly video.
