Just yesterday we reported on the fact that Apple Maps had exposed a Taiwanese military facility, now, using information contained in a Navy SEAL’s book, someone found a satellite image on Bing depicting what is surely the training facility used for the assault on bin Laden's Abbottabad compound in Pakistan.

Just yesterday we reported on the fact that Apple Maps had exposed a Taiwanese military facility. Now, using information contained in a Navy SEAL’s book about the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, someone found a satellite image on Bing depicting what is surely the training facility used for the assault on bin Laden’s Abbottabad compound in Pakistan.

Navy SEAL Matt Bissonnette wrote No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama Bin Laden, recently.

In it, he revealed a lot about the mission that ultimately saw the demise of Osama bin Laden.

Something else he mentioned was this: SEAL Team Six trained on a replica compound at a secret site in North Carolina.

Speaking of maps, why not have a look at the interactive map that the Mail and Guardian has put together on their website displaying some of the amenities around President JZ’s Zumaville.
