The last time we discussed Nando’s Souperstars on 2oceansVibe, the campaign had only just begun. Since then, more than 800 South Africans have signed up to join the cause!
The Nando’s Souperstars campaign launched at the beginning of last month, and since then, more than 800 South Africans have decided that they want to make a difference this winter.
If you didn’t know, Nando’s teamed up with Cheesekids to create pop up soup kitchens in parts of South Africa that have been affected by Xenophobia, to walk the talk in galvanising their message of creating ‘dialogue between the diverse.
From Alexandra to Langa, Lindela Repatriation Centre to Limpopo, these are the scenes of Souperstars who have made a difference. Nando’s would like to thank everyone who gave up their time to volunteer for a great cause!
Check out the latest video showcasing some of the epic moments that have been going on around the country:
There are some heart warming photographs in the Nando’s Facebook photo albums too.
