The United Nations has just just released the World Drugs Report for 2012. The information shared is pretty interesting. For example, what percentage of South Africans do you think smoke weed? Take a guess.
A mere 4,3% of Saffas smoke weed, the country’s most popular drug. But it’s some of the other stats that got me to raise a bit of an eyebrow. Who would you think was the world’s biggest cocaine user? The Isle of Man, who would have thought it?
Australia also have a bit of a drug problem – high percentages across the board, and a bit of a fondness for ecstasy. Naughty Aussies.
Click through here to see the interactive chart – it’s pretty cool and a nice unique way to interact with data.
