You know that thing where you post a comment on Facebook and immediately regret your decision? Well, Facebook sure does. Which is why they’re rolling out a comment-editing functionality over the next few days. Rest easy, people whose grammar falls apart whenever they get excited.
Which, for those of you who never, ever, ever make spelling mistakes, means that at least you’ll be spared the deluge of notifications from people writing comments and then deleting to rewrite them sans typo/grammar fail/racism.
The downside being that you won’t be able to see as many typos on Facebook to make you feel smarter than other people.
The other downside that they’re still totally selling your data, edited or otherwise, to advertisers.
