Johnny Depp joined the Black Keys on stage at last night’s MTV movie awards and played two songs with the band – “Gold on the Ceiling” and “Lonely Boy” – instead of making a speech for his MTV Generation Award.
Depp, always up for a bit of guitar play on stage, has performed with Alice Cooper and Marilyn Manson previously. Known for his guitar skills, he’s contributed slide guitar for Oasis on “Fade In-Out”, and played for his buddy – and The Pogues front-man – Shane MacGowan’s first album.
