Inspired and loosely based on a true story, The Vow follows a newlywed couple that recovers from a car accident that puts the wife (Rachel McAdams) in a coma. Waking up with severe memory loss, her husband (Channing Tatum) endeavors to win her heart again.
2oceansVibe spoke exclusively with The Vow’s director, Michael Sucsy, about the romantic drama.
Sucsy says he likes to infuse moments of his own life into his films so that “no other director could have made that version of the same script. I love to be inspired on a subconscious level and I love it when I’m sitting in a theatre and I go: ‘I have no idea how they just did that shot.’”
