I’m sure there is a valid reason why Cape Town Panel Beaters used to only be found a minimum of 20km from where I live. It always used to be Diep River, or Paarden Eiland or Epping or Maitland. Why were they never closer to me? Not that it matters – because times have changed and panel beaters have improved. Not only are they nearer to you, but they understand service and they’re clean as well!
I took one of my vehicles for a pre-selling touch-up a couple weeks ago to their branch off Buitengracht Street, and I was pleasantly surprised by Dent Magic‘s offering. It’s not every day you find a panel beater’s waiting room reminiscent of a premium car dealership, with leather chairs and soothing music. There was even TV to watch, as I waited briefly for assistance.
The quote took 10 minutes and the car slept one night at Dent Magic – with scratches and dents on about 6 panels fully taken care of. It was impossible to tell what work had been done. If you only have a little scratch or a dent, they can easily sort it out in 90 minutes at Dent Magic Express, while you shop – seriously! They’re also at the V&A, Cavendish and Tygervalley shopping centres.
So just a little heads up to all of you out there. You don’t have to drive for ages and spend a fortune to get your car fixed. And you certainly don’t have to wait very long if the damage is minor.
There are Dent Magics everywhere. Check out their website at dentmagic.co.za for more. I dealt with Jason at Dent Magic in town. His number is 021 423 2668.
Well done, Dent Magic – consider us very impressed!
