Seriously, you really don’t have to even think – we’ve got it covered. You see, we spotted this ski-accommodation in Austria deal at Groupon, which gives you 7 nights stay for R10,410 for 2 people at the Gurshof Zillertal hotel. From there you will spend 7 nights skiing the Hintertux Glacier – some of the best skiing in the world.
But you still need to get there, right? Not to worry, we checked out 2ovflights.com and found this radical deal with no stops, for two people, for R13,792 (including taxes).
The deal includes VIP transfer from the hotel to your own car – included in the deal. Car is essential as there is tons to do in the region besides skiing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included. Hotel brochure with more info about the region can be downloaded here.
With regards to ski passes, that is around R2,000 a person for 6 days (you’ll need a break and might want to try the anti-aging center, day spa or sauna) and you can check out the other ski-pass prices here. There is so much to do in the region you will probably only ski for 4-5 days, to be quite honest.
So take that R10,410 deal + R13,792 flights + R4,000 ski pass and you’re looking at a grand total of R28,202!
Come on, man – it’s too easy!

This post is meant purely as a guide and you are urged to do your own research. The dates we used to get those flights prices were 14 – 23 November. You fly overnight so land there on the 15th. 7 nights stay sees you departing on the 22nd (ask for late checkout). You should check best times to ski with the hotel here. Download their brochure here. We’re here to help, but at the end of the day, you’re on your own 😉
