Chris Brown’s success at the Grammys – he won an award for the Best R&B album, and performed to a standing ovation – has been mildly overshadowed by people getting upset over his beating up Rihanna. So, like all mature and repentant individuals, he turned to his Twitter account to set things right.

Brown’s message reads:

“HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That’s the ultimate FUCK OFF!”

You heard it from Brown first, folks;  if you’d rather not support an artist who beats women and doesn’t seem to see anything wrong with that, you should go fuck yourself.

While the tweet was pulled down shortly after being posted, saying things on the internet is awfully like domestic abuse in the that you can’t take it back. Bravo, Brown.
