There are high ranking judges and federal officials who are involved in this cover up. The ramifications of this trial will be enormous. This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate!
So rants Orly Taitz, a California-based lawyer, and founder of the “birther” movement in the States, which seeks to prove that the current US President, Barack Obama, was not born inside US borders, and thus cannot be eligible for that nation’s highest office.
In the latest of several bouts to defrock President Obama by proving his citizenship false, a complaint has been laid in a circuit court in the State of Georgia, and Ms. Taitz will be representing the complainant. President Obama has been ordered to appear in court on Thursday, as an appeal to overturn the subpoena by his lawyers was overturned.
In April, Obama went as far as to produce a copy of his long form birth certificate (below) to finally put doubts about his nationality to rest, but even that has not quelled the desire of the “birthers” movement to prove him a fraud.
Not even Obama’s long form birth certificate has satisfied his detractors, who believe it has been faked.
Aides to Obama are confident the case will be thrown out of court for the same reasons the previous attempts were, primarily, the case’s lack of merit.
Taitz disagrees, frothily deciding to act as judge, jury and executioner by adding:
He’s in a catch-22! If he is appealing this decision, then he looks guilty. The whole nation understands this man is a fraud.
What incisive deduction! Not. I hope Ms. Taitz has something a little better than a tired literary reference to hand on Thursday, or else this latest bout of X-Files-esque crazy will land right where its cousins did, in the dismissal bin.
