One of the many premier athletes in the 2oceansvibe stable, Ryan Sandes, or henceforth, “Mr January 2013” is described thus in COSMO’s 2012 Sexiest man Calendar.

January 2013: Ryan Sandes (Trail runner) – The ‘Sandman’ travels the globe, running in crazy places such as Antarctica and the Amazon, and winning the Four Dessert Series and the Leadville 100-miler in the US.

Look, there’s nothing sexier than success. And the Sandman has plenty of it.

Readers have until THIS SUNDAY, 15 January, to vote for their favourite man in this year’s calendar (obviously Ryan) by sending an SMS with their choice (as long as it’s Ryan) to 35441. Don’t use any punctuation, and begin the SMS with COSMO Sexy, followed by the first name of the chosen hottie, then your name and surname. Each SMS costs R1,50.

Cosmo will be hosting its annual Sexiest SA Men Calendar party in Johannesburg on 2 February. The winner of the reader vote and of COSMO’s Sexiest SA Man title will be announced at this event. (Again, obviously Ryan.)
