Jeremy Clarkson
Jeremy Clarkson appeared earlier this week on the BBC’s The One Show. During his interview, he said that public servants who are taking part in a strike “ought to be executed in front of their families”.
Here is a video of the incident:

My favourite part is where Jeremy says “the rest of us have to work for a living”. Yes, he said “us”.
Later in the show, he also complained about people who commit suicide by throwing themselves on railway lines, saying trains should not stop for them.
Both Clarkson and the BBC apologised for the remarks following condemnation by trade unions, polticians and almost 5 000 viewers.
Clarkson says it was only a joke and that producers of the show were warned in advance and approved of the comments. According to him, the show’s producers thought it would be entertaining if he “offered an extreme view of the strike that was not meant to be taken seriously.”
