Earlier this year, Liam Gallagher sued his brother, Noel after he (Noel) stated in a press conference that Liam pulled out of a headline show at the V festival in England due to a hangover. He later dropped the suit, but he now appears to have sobered up and the two are back at it again.

Noel, however, is not taking the new suit lying down, and is counter-claiming against Liam for leaving abusive voicemails on Noel’s wife’s voicemail, and threatening to beat him with a guitar. Seriously. Noel sums up his anger at Liam’s behaviour over the years in this quote from one of the court documents:

The claimant [Liam] had a history over the years of not only throat problems and of pursuing such an incompatible lifestyle, but of treating Oasis fans and the defendant with disrespect by disrupting gigs, including walking off stage, assaulting them and generally acting irresponsibly.

Come on boys, can’t we all just be friends? You don’t want to be looking back in anger one day.
