If you’re still searching for a costume, in the hopes that you’ll win that bartab for best dressed this Halloween, you’d better hope this guy doesn’t rock up to the same party. Not only does it look like a DSLR, it’s fully functional as well. It actually snaps a photo, accompanied by a flash, and displays the image at the back.
The wise guy who is making us all look bad, Tyler Card, explains that the camera’s LCD screen is actually a laptop LCD screen and the camera lens is made of a five gallon bucket, with a regular Nikon DSLR camera mounted inside.
A remote shutter cable allows him to just walk around and shoot at will, impressing everyone in his path. According to sources, they are not entirely sure what technology he’s using to pull this off but they mentioned that an Eye-Fi card might be involved – whatever that is.
If I see this guy out, I’m stealing his costume.
F U Nikon boy. At least give us a chance.
