Recently, the lucky little boys and girls of 2oceansVibe Media were given a real treat. Vida e Caffe popped by, and set up a coffee station in the foyer!
Here the lovely Jennifer, 2oceansVibe’s front of house, and barista-in-chief demonstrates the apparatus critical to the making of a fine cup.
Notice the subtle angle of the wrist in the execution of the pour, thereby maintaining the integrity of the crema?
Here, Jennifer and 2oceansVibe wine-scribe, Harry Haddon, enjoy a cup. Fine alternative to wine, Harry!
They do love a cup of Joe, don’t they?
So, for those of you who we have the pleasure of hosting, please, don’t feel shy. Allow us to whip you up a plunger of Vida coffee while you recline on the genuine leather settee, below the fake Lichtenstein in our foyer.
