This shitcrazy group of extreme jacuzziers have just made your Friday. The group, who are members of the organisation, jacuzzi.ch, suspended themselves 153 metres in the air from the Gueuroz Bridge in Switzerland, with naught but cables and ropes keeping them up. They then proceeded to set up a special platform where they chilled, ate cake and drank champagne in a mid-air jacuzzi. Definitely bucket list material.
The hang-cuzzi took six hours to assemble and 2 500 hours of planning, and while they only spent two-and-a-half-hours in it, I’m shit sure it was worth it.
“This was the most impressive jacuzzi we’ve had so far and was certainly the most technically difficult”, said group spokesperson Pierre Cauderay.
The group, based in Lausanne Switzerland, has previously staged jacuzzis in the Alps and Andes and has reportedly been thinking about this stunt for about two years now, but only recently decided to pull it off.
In 2007 they scaled Europe’s biggest mountain, Mont Blanc, without the use of helicopters or other outside support before enjoying a jacuzzi at the summit.
Like a couple of bosses.
