A study done in Britain has revealed that 19h00 on August 6 is the hour and day that people feel most content over there. They deduce this is the moment that the British people will literally smile collectively. No spice.
Scientists base this deduction on a perfect storm of high temperatures, school holidays and prospect of a summer break. This study was done by loyalty scheme Nectar and revealed the following:
Britons smile most between 7pm and 8pm each day, are at their cheeriest on Saturdays and love August more than any other month. The five hours in which they feel happiest are all after 5pm – once many of them have finished work. The hour between 7pm and 8pm is their favourite – when many workers join their family for dinner or sit and relax in front of the television with a glass of wine. 9 928 people were polled.
