Well it seems that technique does work.
I think many of us have had that chat about “what would you do if” a madman stormed a restaurant and started spraying bullets. I have often said (and if you’ve also said it before, then you heard it from me) that I would play dead. Just lie on the floor and wait for the gunman to leave the scene. Then I would calmly stand up, dust myself off, and exit.
We are not often able to play out many of our “what if” scenarios in real life (I use the movies I make as a practice area), but sometimes people on the news do it on our behalf.
Check this out, from the LA Times, reporting on the terror attack and lone gunman shooting spree in Norway this weekend. Guy killed 92 kids. Biggest lone gunman killing ever in the world. Ever. (THIS.WILL.BLOW.YOUR.MIND)
Pracon said he and others gathered at the water’s edge hoping that help would come. But the attacker tracked them down.
“He shot everyone in the group, one by one,” the youth league leader told Aftenposten. “I lay on the ground and played dead. He came up to check that everyone was dead. He was so close that I felt the warmth of his weapon.”
The guy came and CHECKED each body. Oh my tits, can you cope with how hectic that is? It’s basically your worst nightmare. You simply cannot get more frightened than that.
Follow the link to see a video of the island, as well as a photo of the very good-looking gunman. You will also find out why he won’t get more than 21 years in prison.
If you had to ask me what would make me shit the most, I’d say, “a lone gunman takes out a whole island. No one can get away. We hide. He shoots at all of us and we pretend to be dead. Then he comes and checks that we’re all dead and he stands right next to me and I hold my breath.”
Check this vibe:
It’s so radical I can’t even think right now.
They caught the psycho, his name is Anders Behring Breivik. Say that out loud.
Here is a picture of him.
Good looking boy.
And how’s this – do you know what the maximum prison sentence is in Norway?
21 years.
No spice.
