Some of the British media decided to lambaste Gordon Ramsay for tweeting a few photo’s of himself engaging in the act of planking yesterday. If one ignores the love-hate relationship Ramsay shares with the British media, then he actually pulled off quite a funny plank on the engine of a Gulfstream G4 jet.

All along planking has been about who can plank in the most original places. And in South Africa, we don’t hate Gordon like they do over there, so we thought we’d share Gordon’s antics with you.

After planking on the Gulfstream G4, Ramsay posted a shot of himself planking on the back of a motor yacht as he headed out from Newport Beach, California, for a spot of fishing.

The 44-year-old star has had some financial difficulties as well as some marital problems in recent times, but it appears he still knows how to have fun.

In fact, I can hear him right now: “I’m going to f&*king plank that! I’m going to f&*king plank it right now!”
